The Full Servo Sanitary Napkin Machine Operator & Loader is responsible for operating and monitoring full servo sanitary napkin manufacturing machines, loading raw materials, maintaining production quality, and minimizing machine downtime to ensure smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor full servo sanitary napkin production machines.
Load raw materials into the machine as per production requirements.
Ensure smooth machine operation and minimize production downtime.
Perform routine quality inspections of finished products.
Identify and troubleshoot machine issues to maintain continuous production.
Follow GMP (Valuable Manufacturing Practices) and 5S standards.
Maintain production records and report operational issues.
Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace safety.
Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
