About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Advertising Sales Executive to generate advertising revenue for our news channel and digital media platforms. The ideal candidate should be confident in meeting clients, pitching advertising solutions, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach current advertisers and business clients.
Generate advertising revenue through print, digital, video, and social media campaigns.
Meet local businesses, corporate clients, educational institutions, hospitals, real estate companies, automobile dealers, restaurants, and government agencies.
Present advertising packages and negotiate commercial terms.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain robust relationships with existing advertisers for repeat business.
Coordinate with the creative and editorial teams for campaign execution.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and advertising agreements.
Follow up on payments and maintain accurate client records in CRM.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales and marketing ability.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.




Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media advertising.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
1–5 years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, corporate sales, or business development.
Experience in news media, radio, TV, newspaper, or digital advertising will be an added advantage.

Salary
₹20,000–₹40,000 per month (depending on experience)
Attractive incentive on every advertisement closed.
Travel allowance (if applicable).

Monthly revenue target.
Number of client meetings conducted.
Number of current advertisers acquired.
Client retention rate.
Outstanding payment recovery.
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month
Commission: 10–20% of the net advertising revenue they bring in (or tiered incentives for higher monthly sales).

Pay: ₹9,356.38 - ₹38,361.39 per month
