Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and vendors.
Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
Inspect ongoing work and maintain high standards of workmanship.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety practices.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Monitor material requirements, usage, and inventory at the site.
Verify contractor bills and maintain measurement records.
Identify site issues and provide effective technical solutions.
Coordinate with the Purchase, CRM, and Accounts departments for smooth project execution.
Attend client site visits and provide project status updates when required.




Ensure snag lists are completed before project handover.
Maintain all site documentation, including DPRs, checklists, and quality records
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
Robust knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing works, plumbing, electrical coordination, and project execution.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
