Requirements:
Experience: 4 to 7 Years
Proven expertise in process modelling techniques and knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
Advanced to expert skills in Microsoft Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and produce time sensitive concurrent deliverables.
Robust verbal and written communication, analytical, process and interpersonal skills.
Solid presentational skills, capable of summarizing and communicating complex processes.
Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Perks Systems, Payroll Systems, and other corporate applications.
Experience working in complex initiatives/projects through the full lifecycle.
Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
