We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage and maintain our accounts payable, receivables, and invoicing processes.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and preparing accurate invoices, verifying billing data, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining updated records including stock registers and logs.
You will collaborate closely with internal logistics, supply chain, and warehouse teams to ensure effective operations, monitor outstanding payments, and provide excellent support to vendors and clients.
Solid communication, proficiency in ERP/billing systems, and excellent numerical skills are required.
