We are seeking an experienced and proactive Solar Engineer to join our team at Stergy Cleantech Pvt Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage site surveys, design, briefing, and quality control processes.
Ensure high-quality delivery of services and optimize processes.
Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high satisfaction.
​Ensure availability of necessary tools and equipment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant field)
​Minimum 1 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in solar/renewable energy.
Robust planning, organizational, and project management skills.
​Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
​Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
​Willingness to travel to project sites.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
