Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings
Develop 2D & 3D plans as per project requirements
Coordinate with site team, vendors, and contractors
Ensure designs meet client requirements and project feasibility
Conduct site visits and monitor work progress
Maintain quality standards in execution
Work closely with interior, production, and management teams
Handle revisions and modifications based on feedback
Ensure compliance with local building regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
2–5 years of relevant experience (Real Estate / Interior / Construction preferred)
Proficiency in:
AutoCAD
SketchUp / 3ds Max
MS Office
Valuable understanding of materials, finishes, and furniture layout
Robust communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects
