Handle catalogue uploads, listing errors, suppressed listings, variation creation and category-related issues.
Plan, manage and optimise sponsored advertising campaigns to improve sales and control advertising costs.
Monitor campaign performance, impressions, clicks, conversions, ACOS, ROAS and overall sales.
Process orders and coordinate timely dispatches with the warehouse and logistics teams.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability across marketplaces.
Manage returns, cancellations, claims, reimbursements and customer-related issues.
Raise support cases with Amazon, Flipkart and other platforms and follow up until resolution.
Track account health, seller performance, customer feedback and marketplace policy compliance.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for sales, advertising, inventory, returns and profitability.
Conduct competitor analysis, keyword research and pricing analysis.
Coordinate with the design, warehouse, accounts and management teams.




Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, ranking, conversion rate and online revenue.
Participate in marketplace promotions, deals, coupons and seasonal campaigns.

Experience in product listing and catalogue management.

Knowledge of keyword research, listing optimisation and marketplace SEO.
Experience handling orders, inventory, returns and customer support.
Ability to analyse sales and advertising performance reports.
Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Solid communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketplace accounts.
Knowledge of e-commerce policies and account-health requirements.
