Role & responsibilities
To ensure timely procurement of excipients as per regulatory compliance, cost effectiveness and un-interrupted production.
Identify, evaluate and develop approved vendors.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, lead-time and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries, documents and quality issues.
Prepare purchase reports and cost analysis reports
Track lead-time and manage supply risks.
Analyze market trends and price fluctuations.
Preparation of monthly MIS report.
Preferred candidate profile
