Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for non-technical roles across India and international regions.
Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and role expectations.
Source and attract high-quality candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and market mapping.
Drive candidate screening, interview coordination, feedback management, offer discussions, and onboarding support.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and niche sales hiring requirements.
Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Required Skills
Manage hiring metrics including TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Conduct market intelligence and competitor hiring analysis for strategic talent acquisition planning.
Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, documentation, and hiring governance standards.





Preferred candidate profile
Experience in Talent Acquisition with strong exposure to non-tech sales hiring.
Proven experience in hiring for India and international markets.
Robust understanding of sales hiring landscapes across SaaS, BFSI, IT, or B2B organizations.
Expertise in stakeholder management and consultative recruitment.
Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities using LinkedIn and other talent platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a quick-paced setting.
Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics/reporting.
Exposure to AI-powered Talent Acquisition tools for sourcing, screening, interview coordination, recruitment analytics, and productivity enhancement will be preferred.
