Role & responsibilities
Specification Sales & Project Conversion
Project Tracking: Map and track on going projects from the design phase to execution.
Product Specification : Drive inclusion of products for end customers through Architects, Interior Designers, and Developers/Builders.
Project Conversion : Liaise with the internal technical and sales teams to convert specified projects into actual sales and supply orders.
Stakeholder Engagement (B2B):
Architect & Interrior designers : Build and nurture long-term relationships with architects and interior designers to position the brand as a preferred technical partner.
Builder & PMC : Engage with key decision-makers in major construction and contracting companies to understand their specific material requirements and offer tailored solution partners.
Business Development & Commercials:
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue recent business prospects, institutional clients, and high-value B2B accounts.
Commercial Negotiations:



Handle price negotiations, finalize commercial terms, and ensure profitability on specialized product lines.
Market Intelligence: Conduct competition mapping, track their product launches, pricing strategies, and report on lost sites.

Preferred candidate profile
Leads generated through Architects, Interior Designers, Developers, and Project Management Consultants (PMC)
Meet leads to won conversion targets
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets by customer and product segment
Achieve target ASP across all customer and product segments
Number of active Architects, Interior Designers, and Developers with orders in any given quarter
Number of referrals from Architects, Interior Designers, Developers, and PMCs each year
Ensure strict compliance to policies, including payment and credit terms
