Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our team as Application Customer Support Executives. This role involves providing first-level support for the JobDiva Applicant Tracking System (ATS), assisting internal users with application-related queries, maintaining accurate system data, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Freshers with valuable communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level support to recruiters and internal users on JobDiva ATS.
Resolve basic application-related queries and escalate complex issues when required.
Create, update, and manage user accounts and access permissions.
Maintain accurate candidate, job, and recruitment data within the system.
Monitor job postings and candidate submissions to ensure data accuracy.
Generate basic recruitment and operational reports using MS Excel and JobDiva.
Coordinate with the JobDiva support team for issue resolution.
Assist in training new users on basic ATS functionalities.
Maintain proper documentation of support requests and resolutions.
Follow standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Fresher to 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Application Support, Recruitment Support, or a similar role.
Basic understanding of recruitment or staffing processes is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn recent applications.
Ability to work in a night shift environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
Customer-focused attitude with a positive and proactive approach.
Preferred
Exposure to JobDiva ATS or any Applicant Tracking System is an advantage but not mandatory.
Graduates from any discipline are welcome to apply.
