Develop and manage production plans to ensure on-time order execution.
Prepare production schedules, line loading, and capacity planning.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Cutting, Stitching, Finishing, Sourcing, and Quality teams.
Monitor T&A; (Time & Action) calendar and ensure shipment deadlines are achieved.
Plan fabric, trims, and inventory to avoid production delays.
Track WIP, production efficiency, and daily output; resolve bottlenecks.
