Requirements
10–15 years of experience in Enterprise Application Development, with a minimum of 7+ years in eCommerce
At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC B2C / Demandware)
Strong proficiency in PWA frameworks, especially React.js (knowledge of Redux, Context API, and Chakra UI is a plus)
In-depth understanding of headless commerce, API-first architecture, and microservices, aligned with MACH principles
Hands-on experience in both front-end (React, ExpressJS, Node.js) and backend integration patterns
Extensive experience with third-party integrations such as payment gateways, OMS, ERP, CRM,



and loyalty systems
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps best practices
Knowledge of eCommerce performance optimization, SEO, and accessibility best practices
Robust communication skills and the ability to manage and engage with multiple stakeholders
Salesforce certifications such as SFCC Architect, B2C Commerce Developer, or B2C Solution Architect are highly preferred

Nice to Have:
Experience integrating with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Familiarity with multi-region, multi-language, and multi-brand eCommerce rollouts
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
