Role Overview

Required Skills & Experience
MustHave
7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2+ years directly working on AI or LLM-powered products - you have shipped something real, not just written a roadmap for it.
Demonstrated experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) - including the ability to run ceremonies, manage backlogs, and drive delivery without heavy process overhead.
Comfortable operating in settings undergoing SDLC-to-agile transition - you've done this before and know what valuable looks like.
Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for backlog management, sprint tracking, and documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - able to break ambiguous, complex problems into clear, actionable product work.




Excellent communication skills; able to hold a technical conversation with an ML engineer and a business conversation with a client operations lead in the same day.
Bachelor's or master's degree in business, computer science, AI/ML, data engineering, or a related field.

Positive to Have
Experience in fintech, banking, mortgage, payments, or regulated enterprise environments.
Practical exposure to AI/ML concepts such as document processing, workflow automation, decision support, or humanintheloop systems.
Understanding of RAG architecture, vector database, and SQL.
Exposure to LLM APIs and MCP concepts for integration design or product design context.
AI/ML and/or PM certification from a recognized institution (Microsoft, Google, Coursera, etc.).
Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps environments.
Prior experience working with globally distributed teams.
