8+ yrs (for Manager) years of progressive experience in consulting in the areas of inclusive finance, access to credit, MSME finance, development impact, donor fund/ international assignments
Solid experience in primary/secondary research, financial inclusion diagnostics, access-to-credit studies, impact assessments, monitoring and evaluation (MEL), and analytical assignments
Experience leading teams of Consultants/Analysts and grooming junior team members.
Delhi NCR based or willing to relocate (this is work from office position). Should be open to travel
Valuable to have experience in proposal writing, responding to Govt./ PSU RFPs, developing thought leadership, and business development
