Role & responsibilities

1) Sound technical knowledge

2 Knowledge of design softwares such as STAAD ,ETABS
Knowledge of estimation of quantities

4 Knowledge of positive construction practices
Valuable communication and interpersonal relation skills.
Time management
Conversant with relevant IS codes

7 Should have structural engineers liscence.

Preferred candidate profile

Should be well experienced and able to handle the design department indepentaly ,ensuring timely and correct delivery of design and drawings
Drawing study, discussing with Architects / Consultants & client officials
Attending Co-ordination meetings with various Consultants, Architects & clients.
Ensuring proper check over design process and drawings. Of the design department
Ensuring compliance with ISO Systems
Monitoring day to day working of the subordinates
Visiting sites at significant stages of work
Issuing necessary statutary certificates.
