Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle School Teacher to educate and inspire students in grades 68. The ideal candidate will create a positive learning environment, deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress, and support students' academic, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver effective lessons aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives.
Create an engaging, inclusive, and student-centered classroom setting.
Assess, monitor, and report student progress through assignments, tests, projects, and observations.
Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and abilities.
Maintain classroom discipline and promote positive behavior.
Integrate technology and creative teaching methods into lessons.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student success.
Participate in faculty meetings, professional development programs, and school activities.
Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and academic reports.
Foster critical thinking, creativity, communication,



and problem-solving skills among students.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education or the relevant subject area.
Teaching certification/license as per local regulations.
2–5 years of teaching experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of middle school curriculum and pedagogy.
Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning tools.
