The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling architectural projects from conception to execution, with a solid focus on technical accuracy and design excellence.
Developing detailed Working Drawings, municipal submission drawings, sections, and elevations.
Creating cutting-edge conceptual designs and space planning for architectural and urban planning projects.
Coordinating with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and site teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
Managing project timelines and ensuring deliverables meet high-quality standards.
(For Senior Role) Leading a team of junior architects/drafters and reviewing technical drawings for accuracy.
