Role & responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
Introduce the company's exhibition, event, and business solutions to potential customers.
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
Follow up with existing and prospective clients regarding exhibitions, sponsorships, and participation opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
Understand client requirements and route qualified opportunities to the respective sales team.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through skilled communication.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth lead management and follow-up.
Stay updated on the company's upcoming exhibitions and services.
Preferred candidate profile
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Positive interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated.
Robust organizational and time management skills.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, inside sales, or lead generation will be preferred.
