Glomni Designs Pvt Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our Interior Designing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client requirements, presenting interior design solutions, and converting potential clients into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
Generate recent leads and identify potential clients for interior design projects.
Handle incoming leads and follow up with prospective clients.
Understand client requirements, preferences, and budget.
Explain and present interior design concepts, services, and project offerings to clients.
Coordinate with the interior design and project teams to prepare suitable proposals and quotations.
Conduct client meetings and site visits when required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Negotiate with clients and close sales deals effectively.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain accurate sales records.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure a smooth transition of confirmed projects from sales to the design/execution team.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sales and negotiation skills.
Valuable convincing and client-handling abilities.
Knowledge of Interior Design, Modular Kitchen, Wardrobe, Furniture, Office & Residential Interiors will be an advantage.
Ability to understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools.
