Job Summary

The Customer Relationship Officer (Technical) serves as a liaison between customers, construction teams, project management, and other stakeholders throughout the property purchase and handover process. The role combines customer service expertise with basic technical knowledge of construction, engineering, and real estate projects to ensure customer satisfaction, timely issue resolution, and smooth property handover.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding technical and construction-related queries.
Provide regular project updates and communicate construction progress to customers.
Address customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Technical Coordination
Coordinate with technical team & contract vendor to resolve technical issues.
Review customer requests related to design modifications, snagging, and defect rectification.
Assist customers in understanding technical specifications, floor plans, construction materials, and project features.
Monitor and track customer complaints related to construction quality and technical defects.

Property Inspection & Handover




Facilitate apartment/villa/unit handover processes.

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain monthly MIS customer records, complaint logs, and technical issue trackers.
Ensure compliance with company policies, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience in customer relations, project coordination, or technical support within the real estate/construction industry.
Basic Knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and project execution.
Experience in residential apartments, villas, gated communities, or commercial real estate projects.
Exposure to customer handover processes, snag management.

Required Skills

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
