Hiring: Head Corporate Relations (Chennai)

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Relations Skilled to lead and strengthen both internal and external stakeholder engagement for a leading manufacturing organization.

Location: Chennai
Experience: 15+ Years

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the organization's corporate relations strategy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, industry associations, media, and other external stakeholders.
Act as the key liaison between the organization and external agencies to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Drive employee communication initiatives and strengthen internal engagement across functions.
Support leadership in corporate communication, public relations, and reputation management.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage organizational events, visits, and stakeholder interactions.
Handle crisis communication and ensure timely, consistent messaging during critical situations.
Monitor policy and regulatory developments and work with relevant teams to ensure proactive engagement.




Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and networking events.

Preferred Profile
15+ years of experience in Corporate Relations, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Government Relations, or a similar function.
Strong network with government departments, regulatory bodies, industry associations, and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in manufacturing, automotive, engineering, infrastructure, industrial, or large corporate organizations will be preferred.
Proven ability to manage both internal and external communications while building a positive corporate image.
Robust leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
