Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Generate recent business through corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other business partners.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate accounts and key clients.
Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, conferences, weddings, and other hospitality services.
Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel presentations.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with the Reservations, Front Office, Banquet, and Operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to generate business opportunities.

Required Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent relationship-building and client management abilities.




Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Good knowledge of hotel sales, revenue generation, and hospitality operations.
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel CRM/PMS systems.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
25 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality business development.
Experience in corporate sales, room sales, banquet sales, and MICE sales will be preferred.
