Role & responsibilities
Perform line clearance before manufacturing and packing activities.
Monitor dispensing, compounding, filling, packing, and aseptic operations.
Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure cGMP/GDP compliance.
Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
Verify equipment calibration, cleaning status, and material reconciliation.
Monitor personnel hygiene, gowning, and cleanroom practices.
Report and investigate deviations, non-conformances, and support CAPA implementation.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and data integrity (ALCOA+).
Support process validation, media fill, internal audits, and regulatory inspections.
Coordinate with Production, QC, Microbiology, Engineering, and Warehouse teams.
Preferred candidate profile
B.Pharm / M.Pharm
15 years Experience in IPQA
