Role & responsibilities
Perform assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with company policies.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 510 years of experience in resort, hotel, beach, or hospitality operations.
Robust knowledge of beach operations, guest services, and safety procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and supervise operational staff effectively.
Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude.
Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
