AR Caller (Accounts Receivable Caller) – Healthcare RCM
Key Responsibilities:
Contact insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers to follow up on outstanding medical claims.
Resolve payment issues and ensure timely reimbursement.
Appeal denied claims and correct claim errors.
Analyze remittance advice (ERA/EOB) to identify payment discrepancies.
Maintain accurate documentation of all calls and claim updates.
Eligibility & Skills:
Minimum 1+ years of AR Physician Calling experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Robust understanding of insurance claims, denials, appeals, and reimbursement processes.
Knowledge about Medicare Medicaid & CMS-1500 form
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage high call volumes in a voice process.
Proficiency in medical billing software and MS Office.
Solid analytical skills.
Comfortable working rotational shifts.
