Sell outdoor and architectural lighting products to real estate companies, builders, and consultants in NCR.
Meet clients, present product perks, and close sales deals for projects.
Track recent real estate projects and submit product proposals to decision-makers.
Build relationships with architects, consultants, and contractors to get NOVA products specified.
Report on sales leads, market trends, and competitor activities.
Candidate Profile
48 years in sales/marketing of lighting, electrical, or building materials to real estate clients.
Solid connections with developers, architects, or consultants in NCR.
Can understand technical product details and explain them simply to clients.
Comfortable with field sales, site visits, and independent lead generation.
Hindi + English based in NCR, and ready to travel
