We''re seeking an experienced KAM to lead our aerospace sales efforts for our wire and cable manufacturing business.

The successful candidate will identify, register, take required approvals and get PO from the companies making on-ground and Off-ground Aerospace equipments

Role and Responsibilities
Identify relevant accounts in the industry through his own previous experience, Online search, and market visits
Get appointments with key decision makers in the company and position Wipe Hotwire as the right partner for their Cable and Harness requirements
Get the Wipe Hotwire registered and get Product approval
Engage with the companies for all current developments
Create forums for company-to-company interaction
Maximise Wipe Hotwire share for the penetrated account
Collect the money in time
Handle any service/Product failure with alacrity and take support from relevant team in Wipe Hotwire to retain trust




Get market information on competition activity, Key trends in the industry
Achieve at least 5% market share of the segment in the next 3 years

Profile: Requirements Experience:
Minimum 12 years of KAM experience preferably in the wire and cable / Harness industry, with at least last 3 years selling Tier 2 product in the aerospace sector.
Industry Knowledge : Robust understanding of the aerospace industry, including its trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.
AS9100 and others)
Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
Should be familiar with the Indian and International quality standards & business practices
