Roles and Responsibilities :

Objective 1: Ensure Accurate Costing & Cost Control
Ensure timely resolution of costing-related queries from internal stakeholders.
Key Results:
Ensure accurate product costing and timely preparation of cost sheets.
Monitor material, labor, and overhead costs to maintain cost efficiency.
Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions to management.

Key Results:
Objective 2: Inventory Costing & Financial Analysis
Objective 3: Cost Audit, Compliance & Process Improvement
Objective 4: Cross-Functional Coordination & Operational Support

Ensure accuracy and completeness of cost and financial data used for reporting.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to costing and inventory.

Key Results:
Identify cost-saving opportunities through detailed analysis of production and operational expenses.
Monitor BOM (Bill of Materials) accuracy and update cost data as required.

Key Results:
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Planning,



and Finance teams for accurate cost information.
Support recent product costing and pricing analysis.

Key Results:
Ensure timely preparation of data for internal and statutory cost audits.
Maintain compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
Identify prospects to improve costing processes and reporting efficiency.
Support management in evaluating recent projects, products, and pricing decisions through cost analysis.
Improve accuracy and efficiency of costing processes by leveraging ERP and automation tools

Job Requirements :
2–4 years of experience in Cost Accounting, Costing, MIS, preferably in a manufacturing
CMA (Inter)/ICWA (Inter), MBA (Finance), CA (Inter), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Manufacturing, Power Electronics, Inverter/Battery, Automotive, Electrical, Engineering, IT Services, or
Industrial sectors.
