Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for retail stores, including Store Managers, Supervisors, Sales Executives, Butchers, and Delivery Staff.
* Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
* Design and deliver retail training programs focused on customer service, sales, hygiene, SOP compliance, and workplace discipline.
* Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, and related HR documentation).
* Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and exit formalities.
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
* Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
* Work closely with retail operations to ensure every store is adequately staffed.
