Roles and Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent from diverse sources.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.
Conduct bulk hiring campaigns, frontline hiring initiatives, and source candidates through various channels such as social media platforms, skilled networks, employee referrals, etc.
Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates).
