Conducting skilled, AI-assisted vehicle inspections using the Inspekt AI platform and standard operating procedures.
Providing unbiased, factual inspection reports in accordance with Company standards, service levels, and operational KPIs.
Ensuring readiness, training, and certification requirements are completed and maintained, and going live only upon successful certification.
Coordinating with customers, franchise partners, and the operations team to ensure timely fulfilment of inspection assignments.
Using only approved, calibrated tools and equipment, keeping devices charged and updated, and complying with custody/return requirements for any Company-issued items.
Maintaining confidentiality of all customer/vehicle data and inspection reports, and using only official Company platforms for recording and sharing such data.
Maintaining sales neutrality not accepting gifts, tips, or inducements in connection with inspections.
Completing assigned tasks, deliverables, and reporting requirements within agreed timelines.
Coordinating regularly with the reporting manager and relevant teams as directed by the Company.
Preferred candidate profile - Candidates with previous experience in vehicle inspections are preferred
