Role & responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust relationships with corporate recruiters, HR professionals, and industry partners.
Plan, organize, and execute campus and virtual recruitment drives, job fairs, and interviews.
Identify and generate placement, internship, and live project opportunities for students.
Coordinate with academic departments to align student competencies with current industry requirements.
Maintain accurate placement data, employer feedback, and ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders.
Achieve placement targets through proactive corporate outreach and engagement activities

Preferred candidate profile
2 to 6 years of relevant experience in Marketing and Campus Placements, preferably in an academic or training institution.
Solid corporate network with IT recruiters and HR professionals across multiple industries in Bangalore and Periphery.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and working knowledge of Hindi and/or Kannada.
Willingness to undertake extensive local travel for corporate engagement.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
