Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, transfers, and adjustments.
Ensure timely and accurate receipt and dispatch of goods.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organized store area for easy access to materials.
Generate reports on inventory, stock status, and any issues related to store management.
Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies in the store area.
Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to support operations.
Handle any issues related to damaged or missing goods and take appropriate actions.
