Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating current business opportunities, managing

client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves identifying prospects,

presenting products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and

follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, visits, and networking.

• Understand customer requirements and present suitable products or services.

• Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing clients.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain sales records and report progress to the Sales Manager.

• Conduct market research to identify current opportunities and competitor activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth





order processing and delivery.

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of client

satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in sales or business development (industry-specific experience

preferred).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B / B2C sales and Hospitality Segment.

• Local market knowledge and existing client network.

• Fluency in English and local languages.
