Strategic & Commercial Finance
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth and expansion.
Develop detailed financial models, business cases, and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives.
Conduct variance analysis, profitability analysis, and risk assessments to support informed decisions.
Evaluate investment opportunities, capital projects, and new business ventures.
Provide insights on cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency across plants and corporate functions.
Partner with senior management to design and execute business strategies for expansion and profitability.
Monitor and ensure statutory, taxation, and regulatory compliance.

MD Office / Executive Support
Act as a financial advisor to the MD on commercial, strategic, and operational matters.
Prepare board presentations, MIS reports, financial dashboards, and strategy papers.
Track key business KPIs and highlight performance gaps and improvement areas.
Support the MD in reviewing business performance, current proposals, and strategic decisions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align financial and business objectives.




Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), action trackers, and follow up with stakeholders for closure.
Screen, review, and prioritize emails, reports, proposals, and business documents before MD review.
Support in cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on priority projects.

Conduct preliminary research and data gathering for new business proposals, partnerships, and expansion plans.

Process Improvement & Leadership
Drive automation, digital transformation, and implementation of best practices in finance and business planning.
Improve financial reporting systems and internal controls.
Mentor and guide finance team members for performance and capability development.

Skills & Competencies
Solid expertise in financial modeling and business analysis
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (financial models, dashboards, automation)
Robust presentation and communication skills
Ability to work with senior leadership and handle confidential matters
Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
