Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee the complete operations of a luxury private residence. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in luxury hospitality, estate management, butler services, or premium residential operations, with exceptional leadership, organizational, and service skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the residence.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of all property systems.
Oversee procurement, inventory, and household supplies.
Plan and manage renovations and maintenance projects.
Recruit, train, and supervise household staff.
Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Manage household budgets and operational expenses.
Organize private dinners, events, and guest hospitality.
Maintain security, safety, and confidentiality standards.
Prepare operational reports and maintain household documentation.

Requirements




Bachelors degree in any discipline (Hospitality preferred).
6 12 years of experience in luxury hotels, estate management, private residences, or butler services.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Experience in vendor management, budgeting, and luxury hospitality.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
