Roles and responsibilities
Develop detailed 3D models for underground utility networks using Autodesk Civil 3D . Model wet and dry utilities , including storm drainage, sanitary sewers, water distribution, gas, and telecom.
Generate plan, profile, and cross-section drawings for construction and regulatory approvals. Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts using tools like Navisworks .
Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure accurate representation of existing and proposed conditions. Maintain model integrity and ensure as-built conditions are accurately reflected.
Work within multi-user settings using cloud platforms (ACC, ProjectWise).
Customize object styles, label styles, pipe network styles , and configure part lists as per project requirements. Support data management through shortcuts and drawing references.



Qualifications

Qualifications Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering , Civil Technology , or a related field.
5 - 10 years of experience in Civil 3D utility modeling .
Proficiency in AutoCAD , Civil 3D , and Navisworks .
Experience with ACC , BIM 360 , or ProjectWise .
Robust understanding of municipal infrastructure standards and construction documentation .
