About the Role

Artius Interior is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage high-end residential interior projects from planning to execution. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in project execution, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and site operations while ensuring timely delivery with premium quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of luxury residential interior projects.
Oversee project planning, site execution, installation, and handover activities.
Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor project timelines, quality standards, budgets, and resource allocation.
Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials at site.
Conduct regular site visits and review progress against project schedules.
Handle client escalations and provide effective resolution within defined timelines.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards across projects.
Track project deliverables and prepare progress reports for management review.
Manage snagging, finishing,



and project closure activities efficiently.

Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and turnkey project execution.
Expertise in site management and project coordination.
Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
Strong understanding of BOQ, drawings, project planning, and execution methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in luxury residential / villa interior projects .
Candidates from interior design, turnkey, or fit-out companies preferred.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects independently.
Ability to work in quick-paced and high-expectation environments.
