Key Accountabilities:

Develop, implement, and manage the Business Excellence strategy and roadmap aligned with Organizational goals and contractual obligations.

Lead and facilitate cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and improving service delivery metrics (e.g., collection schedule adherence, resource utilization, reliability, etc.,).

Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, using data analysis to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Integrate Management Systems relevant to the industry.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement through problem-solving methodologies, Lean processes to identify and prioritize high-impact process improvement projects across various functional areas. (e.g., collection route optimization, material recovery efficiency, landfill operations).

Develop and deliver training programs on Business Excellence methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis) for staff and management.





Ensure 100% employee engagement in Business Excellence initiatives for the site.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Environmental, Industrial, Mechanical, or Civil), Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA or a Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in Business Excellence role is preferred.

Methodology: Certification or demonstrated expertise in Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt, Kaizen, SQC tools, etc.,)

Deep understanding of MSW operations will be added advantage
