Manage end-to-end operations of the EV Vehicle Deployment Centre, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.

Ensure timely deployment, redeployment, recovery, and maximum fleet availability.

Monitor vehicle repair, maintenance, and RFD (Ready for Deployment) status to minimize downtime.

Supervise hub staff, technicians, and support teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Manage inventory of vehicles, batteries, spare parts, chargers, key fobs, and other assets.

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety standards, and audit requirements.

Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal stakeholders for timely repairs and operational support.

Track and report key operational metrics, including fleet utilization, ageing, recovery, and inventory.

Resolve operational escalations, improve turnaround time, and drive continuous process improvements.

Ensure high levels of rider satisfaction by delivering effective and compliant hub operations.
