Responsibility for:-
Coordinating engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Monitoring project schedules, budgets, and progress to ensure timely completion.
Coordinating with internal departments, contractors, and vendors for project execution.
Managing project documentation, technical approvals, and compliance requirements.
Supporting plant expansion projects and improvement initiatives.
Ensuring projects are executed safely, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Lead design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams ensuring timely project delivery.
Manage fabrication, installation, hydro-testing, and commissioning for mechanical and piping systems.
Review engineering drawings, P&IDs;, and vendor documents ensuring technical compliance.
Coordinate with EPCM contractors and clients for design approval and project documentation.
Plan and conduct QA/QC inspections, audits, and non-conformance resolution activities.
Prepare project progress reports, cost forecasts,



and resource schedules for management review.
Ensure safety, quality, and setting standards adherence across all project stages.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and integration.
Monitor and track project progress, and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure project delivery remains on track.
Visit Project site as and when required and accountable to drive engaging and result oriented discussions with stakeholders and to bring solutions and progress to the table.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
Lead and mentor project team members to foster a cooperative and productive setting.
