Job Title: Internal Auditor Wholesale Audit

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct internal audits for retail asset/retail lending businesses as per the risk-based audit plan.
Review branch and central audit processes, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
Assess risks, identify control gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
Review pre- and post-disbursement documentation and monitoring controls.
Evaluate Early Warning Signals (EWS) and risk monitoring mechanisms.
Ensure compliance with RBI, NHB, Companies Act, and internal policies.
Perform special audits and investigations as required by senior management or the Audit Committee.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
4+ years of internal audit experience in NBFC, HFC, Banking, or a reputed audit firm.
Robust knowledge of retail asset products, risk management, and internal controls.
Experience in branch and central audits for retail lending.
Valuable analytical skills and understanding of regulatory requirements.
