Experience: Minimum 13 years of experience in Real Estate Telesales, Pre-Sales, or Inside Sales. (Candidates from luxury hospitality, banking, or premium BPO backgrounds with excellent sales acumen may also apply).
Language Fluency: Excellent, skilled verbal and written English is non-negotiable. Capability to confidently converse with HNI (High-Net-Worth) and corporate clients.
Location: Must be residing in Gurgaon, preferably with an easy, independent commute to Udyog Vihar.
Skills: Solid convincing power, active listening, and the ability to handle objections gracefully.
Education: Graduate in any stream (preferred).
