Role: Customer Support Associate - International FinTech Voice Process

Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to financial transactions and money transfer services.
Assist customers with queries, transactions, account related issues, and complaint resolution.
Provide accurate information while ensuring excellent customer service.
Maintain high-quality communication with proper grammar, pronunciation, and professionalism.
Meet productivity, quality, and compliance targets as per process requirements.
Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
Follow company policies, security, and confidentiality guidelines.
Work effectively in rotational shifts and collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Work Schedule
5 working days per week
9.5-hour shift (8.5 hours login)
Rotational shifts and rotational week-offs
