Job role
1015 years of Supply Chain Planning experience, including 58 years in Oracle Planning Cloud.
Must have led multiple assessments, planning maturity evaluations, and full-scale Planning transformation programs.
Strong understanding of planning processes: statistical forecasting, MPS/MRP, constrained planning, SOP cycles, demand shaping, and supply-demand balancing.
Experience leading global planning transformations across multicountry or multiBU organizations.
Strong functional configuration and troubleshooting skills
Analytical mindset with solid command over Planning KPIs and statistical forecasting concepts
Robust storytelling and executivelevel presentation skills
Ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence decisions
Familiarity with OIC, APIs, and integration frameworks (functional understanding)
Ability to operate in complex, quick-paced environments with high ownership
