Roles and Responsibilities
Provide after-sales support to customers by resolving their queries and issues related to AMC sales, repair, service engineering, and ups services.
Understanding of Online UPS working principles and topology.
Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of UPS hardware and software issues.
Knowledge of rectifier, inverter, static bypass, manual bypass, charger, and power modules.
Ability to use testing instruments such as:
Digital Multimeter
Clamp Meter
Insulation Tester (Megger)
Battery Tester
Reading and understanding and making electrical wiring diagrams and single-line diagrams (SLD).
Checking input/output voltage, frequency, load, grounding, and neutral connections.
Knowledge of earthing systems and electrical safety practices.
Firmware upgrade and UPS parameter configuration (where applicable).
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, Email) for report preparation.
Understanding of generator and UPS synchronization (where applicable).
Familiarity with AMF panels, distribution panels, and power quality concepts.
Ability to analyze alarms, event logs, and system diagnostics.
