The Cluster Academic Manager will be responsible for driving academic excellence, teaching quality, curriculum execution, classroom standards and child-learning outcomes across a cluster of 5 to 7 preschools within a defined geography.
This role will act as the field execution arm of the Central Academic Team, ensuring that the academic philosophy, curriculum frameworks, classroom processes, assessments, and child-development practices designed centrally are implemented consistently and effectively across centres.
The role will work in close partnership with the Cluster Operations Manager, who will oversee admissions, parent interface, business performance and operational execution across the same set of centres. While the Operations Manager drives business and operational outcomes, the Cluster Academic Manager will ensure that the academic engine of the preschools runs with rigour, quality, consistency and child-centricity.
This role requires a candidate with robust prior preschool teaching experience, deep understanding of early childhood education, and the ability to coach, guide and elevate teachers and Centre Heads on classroom delivery and academic standards.
