Your Role

As an SFMC Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing marketing automation solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional business, marketing, and technical teams to deliver scalable, datadriven customer journeys that enhance engagement and elevate overall customer experience.

In this role, you will play a key role in:
Developing and deploying custom SFMC solutions including email templates, landing pages, automations, and journeys.
Building scalable and reusable components using AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL within Marketing Cloud.
Implementing and optimizing Journey Builder workflows and multichannel campaigns (email, SMS, push).
Integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and other external systems using APIs, data extensions, and automation studio.
Ensuring data hygiene, segmentation accuracy, and personalization across campaigns.
Participating in code reviews, solution design discussions, and production support activities.
Monitoring platform performance, debugging issues, and ensuring bestpractice security and governance.

Your Profile
Salesforce certifications (e.g.,



Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Administrator, Developer).
Experience withMobilePush, CloudPages, and distributed/enterprise BUs.
Exposure to CDP/RTCDP, GA4/analytics stacks, and event streaming (e.g., Segment).
Knowledge of serverless functions, middleware (Mulesoft), or customer data platforms.
Experience in highly regulated industries (finance, healthcare, telecom) and localization at scale.
